My cherry tree needs help!

This is the cherry blossom tree that I painted in the hall bath. A few months ago I did a reno on this bathroom and added this tree to the wall. When I shared with ya'll the after images I wasn't quite done with this little guy. So here it is...and I need opinions. Check out the complete bathroom here. Now, after seeing my colors, should I go over the black tree and make it white or a darker shade of the blue color on the wall? I'm an opinions girl, so let me hear what ya'll think!

Thanks for checking out my blog! I love the black Cherry tree in your bathroom- I wouldln't change it, you've got lots of other pops of black in the space to help balance it out, without being to heavy.

This is great!- I repaint my bathroom wall every so often- that's usually the extent of my renovation- I had multicolored patches, and fish, and a window with two cats before that, blank canvas now- yours is wonderful, and a great inspiration! As for colors - it' s tough to see exact shades on the screen,
If the predominant color is beige/creme- how about a soft brown or ochre; you mentioned blue- I can't see it well on my screen, but you have got to trust your eye and your heart!

OK, this is cracking me up! We must be kin somehow! I married a SC boy too and I almost went back to school to teach art! And just so you know, I think our houses might be related, also (at least our hall baths are)! Love the cherry branches. I like the contrast of the black and how it pulls the counter. The white would be my immediate pick, but it might get too washed out. I did a similar motif in a playroom last year.
