Sunroom Reveal!

Oookkay, this was supposed to be up last Friday! We're having some issues with the internet, but the sunroom is complete! It's such a fun room to be in, the white just refreshed the whole room! Once I decided to paint the floor, I thought the whole room needed a makeover...Here's what it looked like before.

Now after!

I found this sewing table on craigslist, and painted it a soft gray with a seafoam green as an accent color on the handles and feet.

I brought in a twin bed we found at Goodwill and stained it in a mahogany bombay stain. I love the dark wood bed against the white floor, it reminds me of something you would see in a tropical resort.

If you have a sunroom or any room that gets used more in the warmer months, show it some attention, now is the perfect time to get it ready for summer!

What do you think?

Lovely room. That floor is just gorgeous, and that little table? Oh it is so pretty. We have a dresser we got recently off of craigslist and made it two tone. I think just like your two tone sewing table it just helps pop the piece and definitely gives it a more custom look.

Hope you have a beautiful week.

I too surfed in from Bromeliad. The floors in particular are gorgeous. I've long wanted to do a similar treatment but wasn't sure the work would be worth the pay-off. It absolutely is. Wow.

The room just screams to be in it. Love all the light happy nice weather colors.

The play of prints is what made these altogether a beautiful space. The Greek keys on the floor is brilliant and kind of unique. If only there's a paint which creates a velvety texture once dry, you'd have a striking carpet. XD

Wow! Your sunroom looks very different from before you started with the project. I like the color and style you used for the room. Everything looks so soft and cozy. Actually, the room reminds me of the deep sea. It’s awesome how you brought the beauty and comfort of an outdoor in this room. Great job!

Awesome. I love the tropical feel of this sunroom. How is it now? Any change in paint or furniture since its reveal? How about changing the wall paint to sea blue to match the fish cushion? Danny at Integrity =D
